Motor Vehicle Technician - Essex Area

I'm recruiting for a well established independent dealer in the Essex area looking to add an experienced Technician to their workshop team.

This isn't a role where you'll be stuck doing the same jobs day in, day out. You'll be working across a good mix of vehicle prep and retail work, so there's plenty of variety.

What's on offer? £35,000 - £60,000 basic salary depending on experience and ability Excellent bonus scheme on top 8:00am - 5:00pm, Monday to Friday Only 1 in 4 Saturdays, finishing at 2pm Mix of prep and retail work Established independent dealer environment

What I'm looking for: Level 3 qualified Vehicle Technician Strong mechanical and diagnostic ability Comfortable carrying out both prep and retail work Someone who takes pride in doing the job properly
