Key Responsibilities:- Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their individual finance requirements and recommending suitable products.
- Manage finance quotations and applications in line with FCA regulations and internal compliance standards.
- Clearly explain finance products and associated services, ensuring transparency and customer confidence throughout the process.
- Work towards individual and team KPIs, maximising conversion rates while maintaining excellent customer service.
- Maintain accurate customer records and complete all associated administration using the CRM system.
- Conduct affordability and credit assessments while ensuring compliance with FCA and GDPR requirements.
- Liaise with dealerships, lenders and external partners to facilitate efficient transactions and minimise fraud risk.
- Previous experience within the motor trade, vehicle finance, asset finance or another FCA regulated financial services environment.
- A solid understanding of vehicle finance products, warranties, insurance and FCA compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication, organisation and relationship-building skills.
- A results-driven approach with the ability to manage your own workload and work effectively within a team.
- A proactive attitude towards professional development, staying up to date with FCA regulations, SAF accreditation and industry best practice.
- Monday to Friday working pattern with only occasional Saturday requirements.
