We are recruiting for an experienced Service Manager to join a successful dealership and take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the service department. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and commercially focused individual who can lead a team, improve operational performance, and deliver an outstanding customer experience.

The Role: As Service Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance of the service department, ensuring high standards across customer satisfaction, productivity, profitability, and team development.

  • Leading and motivating service and workshop teams.
  • Managing daily department operations.
  • Driving customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Monitoring KPIs, productivity, and financial performance.
  • Ensuring efficient workshop processes.
  • Managing customer escalations professionally.
  • Supporting team development and performance improvement.
  • Working closely with senior management to achieve business objectives.

We are looking for someone with:

  • Proven experience within an automotive aftersales/service management role.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.

  • Experience working within a main dealership environment (preferred).
