Location: Wigan

Are you a results-driven aftersales professional? Our client is looking for an Assistant Aftersales Manager to join their busy site in Wigan.

Salary: Flexible basic depending on experience, OTE of 36k.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Support the Aftersales Manager in leading the service, parts, and workshop teams.
2. Maintain a strong focus on delivering an exceptional client experience throughout the aftersales journey.
3. Help drive departmental performance in line with business objectives and manufacturer standards.
4. Assist in monitoring and improving operational efficiency, profitability, and team performance.
5. Contribute to client retention and satisfaction initiatives.
6. Ensure compliance with health and safety, quality, and franchise brand requirements.

About You:

• Experience in a Senior Advisor/Supervisor or Assistant Service Manager role is essential.
• Knowledge of Keyloop and RTC would be a benefit.
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
• A clear focus on delivering outstanding client service.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
