Are you an experienced Aftersales Manager looking for your next step with a respected retailer? My client, a successful dealership in Colne, is looking for a driven, customer focused Aftersales Manager to lead their Service operation and continue delivering exceptional standards across the business.

What's on Offer: £40,000 Basic and £61,000 OTE

You Will:

  • Lead, coach and develop the Service team to achieve high levels of performance.
  • Ensure all customers receive an exceptional level of service and aftersales care.
  • Maintain excellent customer satisfaction results and ensure full adherence to brand service standards.
  • Monitor key operating controls including labour efficiency, labour sales and cost of sales.
  • Maximise revenue opportunities through relevant, targeted service campaigns.
  • Undertake any other duties commensurate with the role.

About You:

  • Strong leader who thrives in a fast paced aftersales environment.
  • Previous experience as an Aftersales Manager or Senior Service Advisor/Service Manager within a franchised dealership.
  • Proven ability to drive performance, CSI and department profitability.
  • Hands on, people focused leadership style.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Commitment to delivering the highest levels of customer service.
