Management Accountant
Franchised Motor Dealership Preston area
I'm working on behalf of a well-established automotive group who are looking to recruit a Management Accountant to join their finance team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced finance professional to join a successful group, with the flexibility to be predominantly based at a dealership location that suits the successful candidate.
The group is looking for a Management Accountant with strong practical experience, ideally gained within the automotive sector. While formal qualifications are welcomed, they are not essential. The priority is finding someone with the right level of experience, commercial awareness and the ability to add value to the business.
The successful candidate will play an important role in supporting the financial performance of the group, working closely with the wider finance team and key stakeholders across the business.
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in a Management Accountant or similar finance role is essential.
A strong background in the automotive industry is highly desirable, with a significant proportion of your experience ideally gained within automotive.
A good understanding of management accounts and financial reporting.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret financial information and provide meaningful insights.
A commercially minded approach, with excellent attention to detail.
The ability to work independently while building strong relationships across the business.
Relevant accountancy qualifications are advantageous but not essential
