An exciting opportunity has arisen for a customer-focused Service Advisor to join a successful and highly regarded automotive retailer.
This role acts as the key link between customers and the workshop, ensuring a seamless service journey from initial booking through to vehicle collection. Responsibilities include welcoming customers, providing regular updates throughout the servicing process, managing follow-up communication, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
The successful candidate will also handle administrative tasks accurately, advise customers on vehicle maintenance, repairs and service plans, and help identify future vehicle and aftersales opportunities.
Key Requirements:
Previous customer service experience, ideally within the automotive sector.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and customer enquiries effectively.
Professional and calm approach when resolving issues.
Confident using computer systems and maintaining accurate records.
A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
