You will be responsible for the day‑to‑day running of the kitchen, from menu development and food preparation to team leadership, stock control, and maintaining the highest standards of food quality and hygiene.

The Role

As Head Chef, you will take full responsibility for the kitchen, working closely with the management team to deliver a high‑quality food offering that complements our bar and overall guest experience.

You will be a confident leader, creative with food, commercially aware, and happy to be hands‑on during service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the day‑to‑day kitchen operation.
  • Develop and maintain an exciting, high‑quality food menu.
  • Ensure consistent food quality, presentation, and portion control.

About You

  • Strong experience in a busy restaurant, bar, or hospitality environment.
  • Passionate about food and committed to delivering consistently high standards.
  • Confident menu planning and development skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Good understanding of food costs, GP, and kitchen operations.
  • Excellent knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Organised, reliable, and able to work well under pressure.
  • A hands‑on approach and positive attitude.
  • Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for hospitality.
