We are looking for a GP receptionist to serve as the public face of our medical practice, managing patient interactions and a wide range of administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities

  • Greet patients and visitors, and direct them in a courteous and efficient manner.
  • Book new and follow‑up appointments, often using clinical IT systems.
  • Manage patient check‑in and check‑out procedures.

  • Act as the central point of contact for patients, doctors, and other staff, answering calls, taking accurate messages, and routing calls appropriately.

  • Process requests for home visits and hospital referrals.
