Night Concierge – The Soho Hotel We have an exciting opening for a Night Concierge at The Soho Hotel.
As a Night Concierge, your primary responsibility will be to manage the concierge desk during the night shift, ensuring our guests receive unparalleled service in the absence of the daytime team.
Responsibilities Answer calls promptly and professionally.
Assist guests with their luggage.
Respond to and fulfill guest requests efficiently.
Handle check‑ins and check‑outs seamlessly.
Work collaboratively with the team.
Provide warm, approachable service.
Qualifications Strong team player with a keen willingness to collaborate.
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on exceeding guest expectations.
Warm, approachable demeanour with impeccable presentation.
Passion for detail and a proactive attitude.
Eligibility to live and work in the United Kingdom (Asylum and Immigration Act 1996 compliance).
