Responsibilities:

  • Manage the bar's day-to-day activities, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
  • Establish and maintain strong, professional relationships with guests, consistently delivering inspirational service.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop the bar team through effective training and solid leadership.
  • Confidently handle guest complaints, finding prompt and satisfactory solutions.
  • Create new cocktails and drink offerings that align with our brand, enhancing our menu with innovative choices.
  • Ensure all team members adhere to correct measurements and licensing regulations.
  • Work closely with the Food and Beverage Manager to ensure a seamless and high-quality service.

What you Need:

  • Proven experience as a Bar Manager in a fast-paced, luxury venue.
  • A deep passion for Food and Beverage, with extensive knowledge of beverages, quality products, and ingredients.
  • Strong menu development skills, with the ability to innovate and enhance our offerings.
  • Excellent personal presentation and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing and developing a team, with a talent for motivating others.
