As a Waiter, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional dining experience.

You will thrive in our fast-paced, vibrant atmosphere, handling multiple tables with efficiency and grace.

Responsibilities

  • Warmly welcome guests, take orders, and make personalised recommendations to enhance their dining experience.
  • Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring each dish meets our high standards of presentation and quality.
  • Accurately process payments, manage billing, and handle any financial transactions with professionalism.
  • Respond promptly and effectively to any guest inquiries or special requests, ensuring their needs are met with a smile.
  • Work closely with the kitchen and other staff to ensure seamless service and a harmonious work environment.
  • Maintain a keen eye for detail to ensure the dining area is always immaculate and well-organised.

What you Need

  • Proven experience in a similar role within a high-end restaurant or hotel setting.
  • Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail in all aspects of service.
  • Possess a high standard of food and beverage knowledge, with a passion for fine dining.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team, supporting and developing colleagues as needed.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills to interact seamlessly with guests and team members.
