As our Bar Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our esteemed hotel bar Refuel and manage a team of Bartenders, Cocktail Waiter and Barbacks. No stock taking or ordering is required as part of your duties, so you can focus solely on team development, achieving budgets and running daily operations.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the bar’s day‑to‑day activities, ensuring smooth and efficient service.

  • Proven experience as a Bar Manager in a fast‑paced, luxury venue.
