As a Luggage Porter, you will play a crucial role in our front office team, ensuring that every guest experience is memorable from the moment they arrive. Your primary responsibility will be to assist the concierge desk with the smooth running of daily operations. This includes managing luggage, providing information, and fulfilling guest requests efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with warmth and impeccable presentation, offering assistance with their luggage upon arrival and departure.
- Deliver exceptional and inspirational service, acting as an ambassador for the hotel.
- Assist with the organisation and storage of luggage, ensuring it is handled with care.
- Provide accurate and helpful information about hotel facilities and local attractions.
- Support the concierge team with various tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
