The Sofa Delivery Company, part of the DFS group, is seeking a Shift Manager to lead the Customer Delivery Centre and ensure safe, efficient deliveries with high service standards. You will recruit, onboard and train colleagues, build strong customer relationships and develop the team in a fast-paced environment.
You will manage budgets, coach staff, ensure vehicle/driver compliance, uphold health and safety, and foster an inclusive, supportive culture.
