What you’ll be doing
- Complete all deliveries into customers’ homes safely and professionally.
- Communicate with customers prior to delivery to confirm details.
- Ensure furniture is delivered to the requested room and that no rubbish is left behind.
- Represent The Sofa Delivery Company values and those of our brand partners.
- Collaborate with team and senior managers to provide feedback and improve service standards.
- Carry out daily inspections of allocated vehicles and equipment; inform the line manager of defects or missing items immediately.
- Comply with all driving laws and company policies and procedures.
