At The Sofa Delivery Company, we're all about delivering moments that matter. As a Shift Manager, you'll play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly while enjoying a 4-on, 4-off shift pattern (7am - 7pm) that gives you time to recharge and enjoy life outside of work.

From supporting the Warehouse and Driving teams to ensuring compliance and high service standards, you'll be at the heart of it all. You'll also help recruit, onboard, and train new colleagues, setting them up for success so they can create great customer experiences.

Supporting the Customer Delivery Manager in building strong customer relationships. Leading, coaching, and developing your team to deliver their best work. Maintaining high standards of health, safety, and housekeeping.
