Your new role involves the following responsibilities and accountabilities:

  • Ensure our customers' sensitive data is handled alongside data protection/compliance policies.
  • Be discrete about each brand’s business, not divulging information to outside parties.
  • Promptly arrange delivery to customers and plan orders to be moved through our internal trunking network.
  • Uphold a professional and friendly telephone manner when speaking to both customers and colleagues, providing them with quality and accurate information.
  • Maintain a high standard of personal presentation at all times.
  • Liaise effectively with brands, suppliers, and customers to support the operation where necessary.
  • Ensure a team spirit is carried throughout all aspects of the role and across all brands and customers.
  • Maintain a high level of standards within the office at all times.
  • Ensure data input is carried out promptly and accurately.
  • Adhere to all company guidelines and procedures, ensuring that all data is held correctly as per the company paperwork retention policy and audit guidelines.
  • Be flexible in supporting where necessary and be available to work days outside the normal hours of contract, including bank holidays and weekends, in line with the needs of the business.
