Your new role at The Sofa Delivery Company involves being part of a two-person delivery team, delivering great experiences to our customers. We are committed to providing our colleagues with the tools, training, and support needed to make moments matter.

What you’ll be doing:
- Complete all deliveries into customers’ homes in a safe and professional manner.
- Communicate effectively with the customer prior to delivery.
- Ensure furniture is delivered to the room requested by the customer.
- Represent The Sofa Delivery Company values and those of our brand partners.
- Work with your team and senior managers to provide feedback and improve service standards.
- Carry out daily inspections of allocated vehicles and equipment.
- Comply with all driving laws and company policies.
The role is for you if:
- You’re ready to work as part of a supportive two-person team.
- You’ve held a valid driver’s licence for 12 months with less than 6 points.
- You’re great with people and enjoy helping customers.
- You’re comfortable installing and lifting heavy furniture.
- You take pride in your work and value safety.
