The Sofa Delivery Company (part of the DFS Group) is looking for a Trainee Driver in Gateshead. You’ll start in-house driving school, first 12 weeks driving a 3.5-ton van, then upgrade to a 7.5-ton licence.
You’ll work 4-on, 4-off, 7am–7pm, with training and progression to a 7.5T Driver role with a pay rise. You'll deliver furniture safely to customers' homes, keep customers informed pre-delivery, and ensure proper room placement with no waste.
