Role Overview
As a Shift Manager, you’ll play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly while leading a high-performing team in a fast-paced, people-focused environment. You’ll oversee daily operations of the Customer Delivery Centre (CDC), support the Warehouse and Driving teams, and ensure compliance and high service standards. You will also recruit, onboard, and train new colleagues, setting them up for success.

Responsibilities
- Support the Warehouse and Driving teams to ensure compliance and high service standards.
- Oversee daily operations of the Customer Delivery Centre (CDC).
- Ensure every delivery is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
- Support the Customer Delivery Manager in building strong customer relationships.
- Lead, coach, and develop your team to deliver their best work.
- Manage compliance for vehicles, trailers, and driver regulations.
- Maintain high standards of health, safety, and housekeeping.
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding of new team members.
