As a Shift Manager, you’ll play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly while enjoying a 4-on, 4-off shift pattern (7am - 7pm) that gives you time to recharge and enjoy life outside of work.
What you’ll be doing:
- Overseeing daily operations of the Customer Delivery Centre (CDC).
- Ensuring every delivery is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
- Supporting the Customer Delivery Manager in building strong customer relationships.
- Leading, coaching, and developing your team to deliver their best work.
- Managing compliance for vehicles, trailers, and driver regulations.
- Maintaining high standards of health, safety, and housekeeping.
- Assisting with recruitment and onboarding of new team members.
