Your new role at The Sofa Delivery Company involves being part of a two-person delivery team, delivering great experiences to our customers. We deliver for our group brands - DFS and Sofology, and we recognise and reward our people for going the extra mile.
The Highlights

You’ll complete 10–15 deliveries a day and install furniture in customers’ homes. This is a hands-on, physically demanding role involving regular lifting of heavy items and navigating stairs and tight spaces.
What You'll Be Doing
- Complete all deliveries into customers’ homes safely and professionally.
- Communicate effectively with the customer prior to delivery.
- Ensure furniture is delivered to the room requested by the customer.
- Represent The Sofa Delivery Company values and those of our brand partners.
- Work with your team and managers to provide feedback and improve service standards.
