The predicted salary is between 24000 - 36000 £ per year.

Location: 58 Albert Road, Tamworth, Staffordshire, B79 7JN

Pay: £28,000 - £45,000

Closing date for applications: 07/04/2025

Up to 37.5 hours per week, with the opportunity to condense hours to a shorter working week (4 day work week will be considered). An employed role with monthly one to one and team meetings. Competitive base pay with additional monthly wage adjustment based on caseload.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Degree qualified Sports Therapist
  • An experienced therapist able to operate within a busy clinic
  • Ability to confidently diagnose and treat a variety of injuries and musculoskeletal conditions
  • Proven experience in sports injury rehabilitation (preferably in a clinical or athletic setting)
  • Strong understanding of human anatomy, musculoskeletal conditions and an interest in biomechanics
  • Eagerness to expand your knowledge and skill set
  • Experience is advantageous, but we offer full training and support as needed.
  • Excellent communication skills prioritising great customer service, able to interact effectively with patients and colleagues
  • Proficient in English language, both written and verbal
  • IT proficiency for maintaining electronic health records and utilising digital healthcare tools

Duties:

  • Conduct assessments, diagnose injuries and conditions to treat injuries and pain.
  • Develop and carry out personalised treatment and rehabilitation plans
  • Provide hands-on therapy, including massage, use of shock wave, laser, stretching, and strengthening exercises
  • Educate clients on injury prevention and post-treatment care
  • Prescribe orthotics or refer within the team to provide appropriate care. Training provided
  • Maintain accurate patient records and stay updated on medical advancements in sports therapy
  • Collaborate with other practitioners within the clinic for comprehensive patient care and work effectively within our Footsteps Team
