Osteo and Physio Crediton are looking for a motivated Sports Massage Therapist to join their fast-growing multidisciplinary clinic in Exeter. You’ll be working alongside osteopaths and physiotherapists in a supportive, team-focused environment where your development really matters.
The Role
- Employed position (not self employed)
- 1-2 clinic days per week across the week
- Treat a varied caseload including sports injuries, rehab and general MSK patients
- Work as part of a friendly, collaborative clinical team
Salary & Earning Potential
- Once your monthly patient revenue exceeds set threshold, you earn 20% commission on the excess
- Commission is paid monthly, on top of your salary
- Clear structure so you can increase your earnings as your diary fills
