Essential Qualities and Skills
- Strong working knowledge of the Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) model.
- Proven ability to confidently facilitate groups and deliver one-to-one support.
- Excellent listening, communication, and interpersonal skills to build healthy relationships with clients.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong organisational skills to keep timely client records and manage daily administrative tasks.
- Proficient in identifying and managing risk safely.
- High level of self-awareness and understanding of Equal Opportunities principles.
