Are you the kind of therapist who lights up when a client finally cracks a movement pattern? Do you love blending hands‑on skill with active rehab, and thrive in a friendly, evidence‑driven environment? If you’re passionate about helping people move better—and you want to be part of a team that genuinely cares—you’ll feel right at home at ReBalance Injury Clinic. We’re expanding our Exeter team and are looking for a Physiotherapist or Sports Therapist who brings energy, curiosity, and a client‑centred mindset. This is a fantastic opportunity to build a caseload within a supportive, modern clinic with motivated clients and a strong team culture.

About ReBalance Injury Clinic: ReBalance Injury Clinic delivers high‑quality sports therapy and physiotherapy across East Devon and Somerset, with clinics in Exeter, Honiton and Ilminster. Our ethos is simple: Empower clients through education, active rehabilitation, and functional movement—not passive care alone. We’re proud of the atmosphere we’ve created: warm, welcoming, and rooted in evidence‑based practice. Our clients are engaged, motivated, and committed to their progress, which makes your work more rewarding and impactful. We also believe in investing in our team. Expect collaboration, regular CPD days, social meet‑ups, and a culture where your ideas and professional growth genuinely matter.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Managing a varied MSK caseload with a high standard of clinical care.
  • Delivering evidence‑based assessments and creating tailored treatment and rehab plans.
  • Using a blend of active rehab, manual therapy, exercise prescription, and passive modalities where appropriate.
  • Guiding clients through clear, supportive education to help them understand their symptoms and progress.
  • Providing return‑to‑sport/work/activity advice that aligns with each client’s goals.
  • Maintaining excellent communication and a friendly, approachable manner that supports client retention and successful outcomes.
  • Working in line with your governing body’s professional standards.
  • Engaging in ongoing CPD and staying up to date with current research.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Build rapport easily and create a positive, supportive experience for clients.
  • Work confidently and responsibly in an autonomous setting.
  • Are organised, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Bring enthusiasm, professionalism, and a genuine passion for helping people move better.
  • Want to grow – clinically, professionally, and as part of a team.

Essential Criteria:

  • BSc (Hons) in Sports Therapy, Physiotherapy, or equivalent.
  • Registration with a relevant governing body and a valid first‑aid certificate.
  • Experience working in an MSK setting with strong clinical reasoning skills.
  • Strong manual therapy and soft tissue skills.
  • Good written English and competent computer skills.
  • Living locally or within a reasonable commute (or planning to relocate—please state this).
  • A willingness to learn and continue developing your skills.

Desirable Criteria:

  • 2+ years’ experience in a private MSK setting.
  • Additional manual therapy qualifications.
  • Dry Needling / Medical Acupuncture certification.
