FUNDRAISING APPRENTICE – L3 (EXTERNAL RELATIONS – ADMISSIONS) FULL TIME – 35 hours per week, starting September 2026. This apprenticeship is based at City of London Freemen’s School, Ashtead Park, Surrey, KT21 1ET, and will last 24 months including time to complete your End Point Assessment.

As an apprentice you will:

  • Play a key role in supporting the Alumni and Development team.
  • Work collaboratively, pitching in and supporting one another to ensure continued growth of the External Relations function.
  • Take part in varied and dynamic tasks that contribute to a consistently positive experience for students and their families.

To qualify for this apprenticeship, you will need to:

  • Be 16 or over by the end of the summer holidays.
  • Live in England (or be a non‑UK citizen with permission to live in the UK for purposes other than education and ordinarily resident for at least the previous three years).
  • Not be in full‑time education at the time the apprenticeship commences.
  • Provide evidence of an English and Maths GCSE Grade C/5 or equivalent.

Prior learning: If you have prior learning e.g., a similar or higher level of qualification in relation to the apprenticeship, we will be unable to consider your application as your prior learning will not meet the funding rule criteria. If you have prior experience in a similar role to the apprenticeship your experience may also exclude you from an apprenticeship.
