We are seeking a professional, approachable, and highly organised Reception Administrator to join the busy front office team at LGS Stoneygate. As the first point of contact for parents, pupils, visitors, and external stakeholders, you will provide a courteous, welcoming, and efficient reception service while ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the school office.

The successful candidate will be responsible for collating and recording pupil attendance on a daily basis, producing fortnightly attendance reports for the Deputy Head, and carrying out a range of clerical and administrative duties to support the wider school community. The role requires excellent communication skills, both face-to-face and over the telephone, alongside confident and proficient use of IT systems.

You will also play an active role in supporting the planning and development of the school office service, helping to maintain high standards of efficiency, organisation, and customer care within a fast-paced educational environment.

This is a fixed-term role until 31 December 2026, working from 8:00am - 5:00pm (25.5 hours per week) across three working days, term time plus 10 days (36 weeks), paying £14,018 per annum (inclusive of holiday pay).
