The predicted salary is between 28800 - 35200 £ per year.
As part of the role you will be overseeing the school’s accounts payable function but also providing general accounts support in a variety of areas, assuming greater responsibility as you learn.
In time you will assist with the production of monthly management accounts and the annual audit for example.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and positive person, with excellent communication skills and a high level of attention to detail and accuracy in their work.
The successful applicant will be educated to A’ level (or equivalent) but you may also have a degree (ideally in a business or related subject).
You may have some exposure to accounting but this not essential.
You will certainly be a great team player and will relish the opportunities and challenges of working in a school environment and developing a long - term career in finance.
This is a full-time position working year-round, within a supportive team, and full training will be given including study support towards an appropriate accounting qualification such as AAT.
