Berkhamsted School is seeking to appoint an exceptional Director of Learning Support and Inclusion to provide strategic leadership for SEND and inclusive practice across the Berkhamsted Schools Group. This role will shape and drive a clear, ambitious vision for inclusion, ensuring consistency, quality and statutory compliance across all schools while championing a culture of equity, belonging and high achievement for every pupil.

This position also comes with teaching responsibilities, of which all subject specialisms will be considered. The successful candidate will show leadership in securing standards of excellence in teaching and learning and will play a key role in developing school policy and directing the strategic vision for Berkhamsted School.
