The Admissions Team at Surbiton High School plays a pivotal role as the first point of contact for prospective families across our three schools and multiple entry points. As a team of five, we work together to deliver a welcoming, efficient, and highly informative admissions experience that reflects the school’s ethos and high standards. The Admissions Data Assistant will be central to this work, supporting the team through data and CRM management, alongside wider administrative responsibilities. Together, we guide parents and pupils through every stage of the admissions journey, ensuring they feel supported, informed, and confident in their decision making.
What you’ll be doing
- You’ll play a key role in ensuring our admissions processes run smoothly, combining data accuracy with excellent service to support prospective families throughout their journey.
- Managing and maintaining accurate applicant and pupil data across HubSpot, iSAMS and other admissions systems, ensuring data quality, compliance and effective reporting.
- Supporting the end-to-end admissions process, including applications, assessments, interviews, offers, enrolments and withdrawals.
- Delivering a professional and welcoming experience for prospective families by managing enquiries and supporting admissions events across the schools.
- Creating reports, developing CRM workflows and collaborating with colleagues to continuously improve admissions processes and data management.
About you
- You’re highly organised, detail-focused and confident working with data and systems, while also delivering a warm, professional service to families and colleagues.
- You have strong administration and data management skills, with excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- You are confident using CRM and database systems, ideally HubSpot, iSAMS or similar platforms, and can quickly learn new systems and processes.
- You are highly organised, able to manage multiple priorities effectively and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
- You are a proactive team player with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
