GEOLYTIX is seeking an Associate to join their Customer team to play a vital role in ensuring projects are managed smoothly and all customer requirements are met. Acting as a foundational pillar of the Customer Team, you will support our Consultants on large, complex client accounts, while progressively taking independent ownership of smaller projects and accounts. This is a dynamic role where you will wear multiple hats depending on the project.

On some projects, your focus will be championing MAPP (our web GIS platform) – acting as the bridge between clients and internal teams to ensure the tool is configured to their needs, running thorough QA checks before launch, and empowering users through training. On other projects, you will shift focus toward location planning support, working directly with data and insights to help clients shape their estate strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project & Account Management: Internally lead and manage smaller projects from initial kick-off through to final delivery. Support Consultants on major accounts by handling day-to-day project tasks and coordinating requirements.
  • Client Communication: Act as a reliable day-to-day point of contact for clients, delivering clear, engaging written and verbal communication while representing the voice of the client in internal meetings.
  • MAPP Configuration & User Adoption: Manage the setup and client delivery of MAPP. Act as the primary champion for user engagement, providing clear training and support to ensure clients are getting the absolute most out of the platform.
  • Quality Assurance (QA): Take hands-on ownership of thorough QA reviews for client outputs—ensuring everything is delivered to precise specifications before it reaches the customer.
  • Requirements Briefing: Translate client needs into clear, actionable briefs for internal team members.
  • Location Planning Support: Work alongside the Location Planning team to deliver key insights to clients. This includes conducting market research, sales analysis, reviewing existing estates, and contributing to store investment/divestment strategies.
About You

You’ll thrive in this role if you:

  • Have a sharp eye for detail and genuinely enjoy the process of testing, troubleshooting, and executing high-quality QA.
  • Are comfortable managing smaller projects independently and are eager to learn how to handle larger, more complex client accounts over time.
  • Are a strong communicator (both written and verbal) who can confidently explain technical tools to non-technical users and translate user needs back to developers.
  • Are highly organised and comfortable managing multiple deadlines, tasks, and priorities simultaneously.
  • Have experience of managing projects or supporting client accounts, ideally within a retail, analytics, tech, or consultancy environment.
  • Have a genuine interest in data, maps, and spatial analytics.
  • Are proficient with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Are based in the UK with the right to work here.
Bonus points if you
  • Have experience with project management tools like Asana.
  • Are already familiar with geospatial, retail, or location planning concepts.
