You will work alongside a dedicated team of volunteers and will be expected to provide volunteers with regular guidance on tasks as well as support them in their training. Public engagement in this role is crucial to ensure a welcoming, positive and supportive environment to visitors, to potential adopters and to those who are having to surrender their pets.

  • Strong organisational and time management skills to include computerised systems
  • Ability to create engaging social media posts and basic digital content
