As a (Senior) Social Media Manager, you’ll lead the day-to-day Strategy, Content and Community of your clients, alongside having a Social Media Executive within your pod, and a Social Media Director. As well as delivering Social strategies and leading the channel management of our clients brands, it’s your role to nurture and lead a team to ensure we’re delivering the highest quality output possible whilst enhancing our relationships with our clients. You’ll report to our Social Media Director. You’ll have 1-2x Social Media Executives that’ll report to you. Oversee the social media content plans and strategy whilst constantly optimising content to achieve the absolute best results for clients, taking into account performance across different channels. Analysing the performance of content themes, pillars and channels to deliver continuous optimisations to the ongoing content strategy. Approving all pieces of content that your team produces. Lead point of contact for your clients, alongside the Social Media Director and Client Services Account Manager. Support on reports for clients. Provide in-depth analysis and strategic guidance to ensure we continue to develop our clients\’ brands\’ MoM. To support new business pitches. Delivering social strategies and then pitching them (alongside our New Business team) to brands who are looking to work with us. 3+ years of social media experience are required. ~ You want to continue building a career in Social and see yourself growing within a fast-growth agency. ~ You enjoy being creative, whilst also being highly analytical. ~ You\’ll have strong organisational and communication skills. ~ Curious and adaptable: it’s a fast-moving industry, and social advertising is even more so; 34,000 to ÂŁ42,000: depending on experience.
