As a Social Creative, you will lead our client's social-first video and creative strategy - connecting them closer to culture and trends to drive their social growth on (primarily) TikTok and Instagram. This role will involve ideation, planning, art direction and shooting mobile-shot content. From time to time, you will also work on larger-scale productions for Paid Social creative shoots. You will have 1-2 team members who report directly to you, and you will report directly to our Social Creative Lead.

  • Ideation of social-first content.
  • Writing full briefs and scripts for our production team to shoot.
  • Leading on shoots from an art direction perspective, ensuring our briefs land exactly how you envisaged them at the planning stage.
  • Self-shooting mobile-first video from time to time.
  • Liaising with clients to ensure you understand their brand and can bring their identity to life on social.
  • Nurturing a team of 1-2 content execs, who you will support from day-to-day line management (weekly 1:1s, monthly 1:1s) and help support their training and growth.
  • Support on pitches from time to time, showcasing your creative ideas.

We are looking for someone who loves ideating and producing social-first content and knows social platforms inside out.

  • A passion for and up-to-date understanding of social trends and pop culture.
  • Base-level experience of editing on Premiere Pro.
  • You have a creative flair and enjoy supporting BAU & Project deliverables.
  • A collaborative team player who enjoys working within their direct team and the wider marketing organisation.
