Having recently won Best Large Social Agency and continued growth, we're now looking to enhance our team with a Senior Social Creative.
Our service offering includes: Social, Creative, Paid & Influencer. We're a team of 70+ across London, Bath, New York and Miami, with big ambitions to continue delivering industry-leading campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
- We're looking for a Senior Social Creative who has a proven track record in developing industry-leading BAU content strategies and creative delivery, as well as knowing how to deliver against larger campaign moments.
- You'll lead a team of Content Creators and Social Creatives, with your focus on overseeing the creative output as well as developing plans, briefs and strategies.
- Primarily, you'll be developing creative for Organic Social to drive brand fame and engagement, but there will also be campaigns where we utilise Paid to even further distribute our content.
- Own and lead creative strategy across multiple client accounts, focusing on always-on content and larger campaign moments.
- Work alongside our Creative Director and Leadership team to shape and evolve our creative offering as we grow.
- Guide and mentor a team of Social Creatives, elevating their creative thinking and technical output.
- Translate social insights and trends into creative concepts that spark conversation and drive engagement.
- Lead the ideation and presentation of creative strategies for client pitches and campaign kickoffs.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their brand vision and translate it into standout social-first creative.
- Provide hands-on support with copywriting, art direction, and moodboarding.
- Attend, lead, and direct content shoots, ensuring quality and creativity align with client expectations and platform best practices.
- Partner with internal leads across Strategy, Paid, and Client Services to ensure integrated and cohesive delivery.
- Support the growth of the creative department by identifying talent gaps, improving workflows, and contributing to hiring decisions.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in a Social Creative role.
- Strong art-direction capabilities and copy.
- A passion for and up-to-date understanding of social trends and cultural moments.
- You bring raw creativity and fresh perspectives to everything you touch, whether that be BAU content or campaigns.
- A collaborative team player who enjoys working within their direct team and the wider marketing organisation.
- You know what content performs on social, inside and out.
- Agency experience is preferred but not required.
- Food experience is preferred.
