We're now on the lookout for a Senior Paid Media specialist to join our growing team, who has ambitions to deliver industry-leading paid search and paid social campaigns.

Roles and Responsibilities
- As a Senior Paid Media Manager, you’ll be responsible for delivering the strategic direction of Paid Search & Paid Social campaigns to ensure we’re delivering performance-driven activity for our clients.
- This role will report to a Paid Media Director and will have the responsibility of managing two Snr Paid Media Executives, leading their weekly 1:1s, monthly 1:1s and progression plans.
- Drive the strategic direction of our client's campaigns across Paid Search and Paid Social.
- Deliver full-funnel media strategies for eCommerce brands.
- Take performance data and turn it into insightful stories that showcase how we can continuously improve performance, drive growth and increase efficiencies.
- Support our clients with their Paid Social creative strategy, being able to identify what's working and how we can deliver a creative strategy that'll drive incremental performance.
- Lead day-to-day client relationships and communications.
- Joining new business pitches from time to time, supporting by producing audits and paid media strategies to show how we’d best accelerate the growth and profitability of that account.
- Lead on reporting and analysis of performance utilising tools such as Looker Studio and Funnel.
- Nurture your team's development, guiding them on best practices and how to build paid media strategies, whilst also being there to ensure they deliver high-quality campaigns.
- You’ll work with eCommerce clients who have monthly budgets ranging from £20k to £150k.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a Paid Media role.
- Experience with eCommerce is required.
- Have strength in both Paid Search and Paid Social.
- Excited about building a career in an agency environment.
- Experience building reports on visualisation tools such as Looker Studio and Funnel, and can confidently articulate insight-led learnings.
- You’re an effective and confident communicator.
- Line management experience, nurturing junior team members' development.
- Enjoy working in both a team environment and independently.
- Curious and adaptable: it’s a fast-moving industry, so you must be driven by constantly soaking up new knowledge, to be as innovative and fast-moving within your work.
Salary £38,000 to £42,000 (depending on experience)
