What we\âre looking for
Weâre looking for a versatile, social-first Graphic Designer to bring big ideas to life across some of the worldâs leading brands. From beautifully crafted feed posts to high-impact paid social creatives, youâll create work that stops thumbs, sparks engagement and drives results.
Youâll collaborate closely with our creative, strategy and new business teamsâshaping visual identities, designing pitch decks and creating mock-ups that help win exciting new clients.
One day you might be deep in intricate design details, the next youâll be crafting bold, reactive concepts for fast-moving social trends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and edit assets for both organic and paid socialâfrom eye-catching feed and story posts to performance-driven static creatives.
- Define and evolve the visual identity for our clients by shaping look & feel guidelines and ensuring consistent design quality.
- Partner with creatives and strategists to push boundaries with fresh, innovative social-first concepts.
- Support new business pitches with presentation design, brand styling and mock-ups that bring big ideas to life.
Requirements
- 4+ yearsâ industry experience, with a strong portfolio that shows off your best social and digital design work.
- Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and confidence with Canva.
- Solid understanding of core design principlesâcolour theory, typography, layout, composition and user experience.
- A natural collaborator whoâs as comfortable sweating the small details as you are creating bold, attention-grabbing social content.
Salary
ÂŁ34,000 to ÂŁ39,000 depending on experience.
