What you’ll do

As our Influencer Marketing Manager , you’ll lead and deliver end-to-end influencer campaigns, retainers, and projects — with the support of a Senior Influencer Marketing Executive.

This includes various responsibilities such as :

  • Identify and secure the right talent and partnership opportunities for clients.
  • Create impactful, insight-led briefs and work with influencers and UGC creators to refine concepts.
  • Negotiate rates and deliverables to secure value-driven agreements.
  • Manage content delivery from start to finish, ensuring all outputs meet quality and briefing standards.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, creators, talent managers, and agents.
  • Act as a key point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service and strategic guidance.
  • Deliver insightful campaign reports with clear ROI, impact, and actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate with other agency teams to integrate influencer activity into holistic social campaigns.
  • Line manage a Senior Influencer Marketing Executive, supporting their growth and development.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years’ experience in influencer marketing or a relevant social media role.
  • A genuine passion for the creator economy and a commitment to staying ahead of trends.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality campaigns and BAU activity.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with influencers, talent managers, and agents.
  • You’ll be a social media native, curious about platform changes and culturally tuned in.
  • Creative yet data-driven, with the ability to turn insights into strategies.
  • Confident communicator, highly organised, and able to manage multiple workstreams.
  • Collaborative mindset, working seamlessly with colleagues across disciplines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good understanding of other social specialisms (organic, paid, creative).

Salary - £32,000 to £40,000 (depending on experience)
