We’re a Social-first agency helping global brands, household names, and high-growth scale-ups accelerate their business growth. Having recently won Best Large Social Agency in the UK and continued growth, we’re now looking to take on our next member of the flock to enhance our Influencer team! Our service offering includes Social, Influencer, Paid, and Creative. We’re a team of 70+ across London, Bath, New York, and Miami, with big ambitions to continue to drive growth and be the leading full-service Social agencies in the world.
First of all, here are some important things…
- Work From Home: We operate a hybrid model where team members come to the office 3 days a week and WFH 2 days a week – although there is the option to work from the office more if you prefer. Our team loves working collaboratively, but also likes the option and balance of working from home.
- Benefits Package: Enhanced maternity and paternity. Collaboration with Bupa grants you access and savings to a spectrum of health services. Additional day off for your birthday. Kickstart a healthier commute with our cycle-to-work scheme.
- Flexible hours: Some people are early birds, and others like to start later. We allow people to set their own times, with some starting at 8 am and finishing up earlier. We trust our team to get their work done on their schedule.
We’re committed to equality of opportunity for all. We welcome applications from individuals regardless of their race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, religion, age, gender, or disability status. We want to support diverse and inclusive work environments and are actively looking for people who share our values.
Role & Responsibilities
We’re looking for an Influencer Director to lead our Partnerships team, which covers both Influencer and UGC teams. It’ll be the most senior role within our Influencer department, providing the person who joins us with a clear path of progression toward Head of Influencer. This role will report directly to the Head of Social and will line‑manage an Influencer pod and a UGC pod. This includes various responsibilities such as:
- Oversee the strategic approach to our clients across both Influencer and UGC.
- Lead on all new business pitches, crafting strategies and stories that resonate with potential clients.
- Train, nurture and coach the team to upskill their knowledge and capabilities.
- Act as a senior point of contact for our clients, ensuring our work consistently exceeds expectations.
- Work with our finance team to understand the department P&L.
- Hire new team members and shape the team structure, as we see continued growth.
What We’re Looking For
- Someone who’s got opinions and ideas on how best to approach Influencer/creator marketing in 2026.
- Entrepreneurial spirit: it’s your opportunity to lead a department, get close to the P&L, drive new business growth, and hire the team you want to build around you.
- 6+ years’ experience in influencer marketing or a relevant social media role.
- A genuine passion for the creator economy and a commitment to staying ahead of trends.
- Proven track record of delivering high‑quality campaigns and BAU activity.
- Strong relationship‑building skills with influencers, talent managers, and agents.
- Creative and data‑driven, with the ability to turn insights into strategies.
- Confident communicator, highly organised, and able to lead a team.
- Collaborative mindset, working seamlessly with colleagues across disciplines.
- Good understanding of other social specialisms (organic, paid, creative).
£50,000 to £58,000 (depending on experience).
