Our service offering includes: Organic Social, Paid Creative, Influencer Strategy, and now Social Commerce! We’re a team of 70+ across London, Bath, New York, and Miami, with big ambitions to continue to drive growth and be the leading full-service Social agencies in the world.

  • Work From Home: We operate a hybrid model where team members come to the office 3 days a week and WFH 2 days a week - although there is the option to work from the office more if you prefer. Our team loves working collaboratively, but also likes the option and balance of working from home.

What we’re looking for: We’re looking for someone with extensive TikTok Shop experience to launch and head up our TikTok Shop service offering, shaping the processes, positioning, ambition, delivery, and growth strategy. We’re looking for someone who knows TikTok shop inside and out, whether previously working within TikTok itself or in an agency environment where you’ve demonstrated incredible growth for brands. Whilst initially launching the service within the UK, you’ll be instrumental in expanding the service globally for us, and launching it later in 2026 in the US. Our ambition is to become one of the leading TikTok Shop partners in the world, and this role will have our full backing and resources in order to deliver that.
