As a Social Creative, you will lead our client's social-first video and creative strategy, connecting them closer to culture and trends to drive their social growth on (primarily) TikTok and Instagram. This role will involve:
- Ideation of social-first content, both BAU and large campaigns.
- Writing full briefs and scripts for our production team to shoot.
- Leading on shoots from an art direction perspective, ensuring our briefs land exactly how you envisaged them at the planning stage.
- Self-shooting mobile-first video from time to time.
- Liaising with clients to ensure you understand their brand and can bring their identity to life on social.
- Nurturing a team of 1-2 content execs, who you will support from day-to-day line management (weekly 1:1s, monthly 1:1s) and help support their training and growth.
- Support on pitches from time to time, showcasing your creative ideas.
We are looking for someone who loves ideating and producing social-first content and knows social platforms inside out.
Requirements:
- ~4+ years of experience in a Social/Creative role.
- ~ A passion for and up-to-date understanding of social trends and pop culture.
- ~ Base-level experience of editing on Premiere Pro.
- ~ You bring raw creativity to everything you touch, whether that be BAU content or campaigns.
- ~ A collaborative team player who enjoys working within their direct team and the wider marketing organisation.
- ~ You know what content performs on social.
