As a Paid Media Director, you’ll lead your clients' Paid Media strategy across paid social and paid search, and oversee the client portfolio, leading a team of Paid Media Managers and Paid Media Execs.
- Lead strategic point of contact for clients, with your team of Paid Media Managers on the day-to-day communications.
- Continually optimise ad accounts to achieve the absolute best results for clients, considering performance across Google, Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.
- Leading the account-wide growth strategy, overseeing clients with media budgets between £25k and £200k per month.
- Helping clients understand performance by reporting in a holistic, informative way, harnessing tools such as Looker Studio and AdNova.
- Collaborating with our Performance Creative strategists, designers and editors to drive creative performance on Paid Social, as well as overseeing the wider strategic requirements for each brand alongside your team.
- Managing 2x Paid Media Managers. Leading their weekly 1-1s and progression plans.
Have 6+ years of experience in a Paid Media role, agency side preferred. A data-driven and analytical person who also likes to oversee some of the creative direction. Have a strong commercial mindset to be able to manage and develop client retainers. You understand and know how to develop performance creative strategies, and support briefs being written for our suite of creatives. The Paid Media landscape is always evolving, and staying up to date with platform updates, changes to media strategy, and understanding of the latest creative strategies is what helps us deliver our clients the best possible outcomes.
