The Role & Key Responsibilities We’re looking for a TikTok Shop Manager to join our growing team. This is a pivotal role sitting at the intersection of TikTok Shop, creator marketing, and organic social- owning both the commercial performance of TikTok Shop and the growth of the brand’s organic TikTok presence. You’ll be responsible for managing end-to-end TikTok Shop activity while also leading organic handle management, creator sourcing, and content execution to drive both revenue and community growth. Client & Project Management Act as the main day-to-day contact for clients, managing communication and expectations Lead project management across TikTok Shop and organic social workstreams Ensure smooth delivery across multiple accounts and campaigns Work closely with the Account director on brand strategy TikTok Shop & Commercial Performance Manage TikTok Shop operations including product listings, promotions, and campaign execution Monitor and optimise performance Identify growth opportunities and implement test-and-learn strategies Support overall social commerce strategy to drive revenue and scale accounts Organic Social & Content Management Own organic TikTok handle management including posting, scheduling and optimisation Lead ideation for both brand-led and founder-led content Write engaging, platform-native copy for all content Boost high-performing organic content to drive community engagement and reach Creator & UGC Management Source and onboard new TikTok shop creators aligned to brand and campaign objectives Brief creators on content requirements, messaging and performance goals Manage UGC paid creator relationships Build brand ambassador communities Community Management Oversee inbound and outbound engagement across TikTok (comments, replies, interactions) Build and nurture brand communities to increase loyalty and conversion Reporting & Insights Deliver monthly performance reports across TikTok Shop and organic channels Analyse content, creator and shop performance to inform future strategy Translate data into clear insights and actionable recommendations Skills & Experience Must have TikTok shop experience Strong experience with TikTok organic Experience managing creators and UGC campaigns end-to-end Confident in content ideation and understanding of what performs on TikTok Strong organisational and project management skills Comfortable working with performance data and reporting Excellent communication skills and client management experience Proactive, detail-oriented and thrives in a fast-paced environment Why Join Us?
