As an Influencer & Creator Executive, you’ll support and deliver campaigns across both Influencer networks and UGC creator spaces. You will play a hands-on role in bringing campaigns to life, helping to source and brief talent, manage daily communication and track performance results.

Having recently won Best Large Social Agency in the UK and continued growth, we're now looking to take on our next member to enhance our Social team! Our service offering includes Organic Social, Creative, Influencer, Paid & Commerce. We’re a team of 70+ across London, Bath and the U.S, with big ambitions to continue delivering industry-leading social-first work.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Sourcing and booking influencers and UGC content creators across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other social platforms to execute both organic and paid campaigns.
- Nurturing and building long-term relationships with clients, content creators, talent managers and talent agents.
- Building, managing and launching creator pools across multiple diverse niches.
- Ideating concepts, briefing talent, providing constructive feedback on produced assets and approving content to ensure it remains on-brand while driving performance.
- Collaborating with other internal departments to deliver holistic social media campaigns where influencer/creator content plays a key part.
- Learning to drive results based on client KPIs and building performance reports to showcase campaign success to our clients.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 0-2 years of experience in a similar space. While prior experience is highly valued, a clear, unmistakable passion for social media and content is an absolute must.
- You use social media platforms as part of your day-to-day life, giving you a natural, native knowledge of various online trends, influencers and brands.
- An extremely well-organised individual capable of seamlessly juggling multiple workstreams and campaign timelines at once.
- A strong balance of a creative and analytical mind, allowing you to deliver results-driven campaigns that maintain a creative flair.
- A strong communicator and team player who genuinely enjoys building relationships both internally with colleagues and externally with talent and clients.
- Social media moves fast. You must be eager to keep up with changing algorithms and features, adapting weekly or monthly to how these changes impact our output.
- An enthusiastic, passionate person who genuinely cares about their work and wants to do the absolute best they can.
