We’re looking for a highly organised Account Manager who has experience in Social, ideally gained within agencies. You’re the kind of person who thrives on working at pace, across a high volume of requirements and deadlines. You’ll be working on one of our biggest organic social accounts. The role is a blend of account management and project management. You’ll be co-ordinating resources, managing deadlines and workflows, alongside handling client communications. You’ll be responsible for quality control, ensuring our work meets the highest standards and is delivered on time.

Our service offering includes Social, Creative, Influencer, Paid and Commerce. We’re a team of over 70 across Bath, London, New York and Miami, with ambitious plans.

Role Responsibilities

  • Client Management & Communication
    • Serve as the primary delivery contact for clients on assigned projects, ensuring clear, proactive, and professional communication.
    • Lead client status meetings focused on project progress, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
    • Partner with Account Leads to manage client expectations, providing transparent updates on risks, scope, and resource availability.
  • Project & Delivery Management
    • Lead the end-to-end delivery of BAU and campaign projects, ensuring work is delivered on time, on brief, and on budget.
    • Translate client objectives into clear project scopes, briefs, and deliverables in collaboration with the Account Director.
    • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and timelines, aligning all stakeholders.
    • Proactively identify risks, challenges, or scope creep and propose solutions to keep projects on track.
    • Ensure all deliverables meet internal quality standards and client expectations before sign-off.
  • Financial & Resource Management
    • Manage project budgets, tracking time and resources to ensure cost efficiency and profitability.
    • Work with internal teams to allocate resources effectively across projects.
  • Internal Collaboration & Leadership
    • Collaborate closely with creative, social, paid media, and influencer teams to ensure smooth delivery across departments.
    • Provide clear and consistent internal updates to keep teams aligned on priorities and progress.
    • Share project management best practices with the wider team, championing efficient workflows and tools.
  • Process & Continuous Improvement
    • Ensure consistent use of project management platforms and tools (ClickUp), maintaining best practice across all projects.
    • Contribute to ongoing improvements in project delivery processes, helping to evolve how TSS works efficiently at scale.
    • Maintain a broad understanding of multi-channel marketing workflows (creative, social, influencer, paid, production) to effectively manage integrated projects.

Role Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar Project Management role.
  • You must be well-organised and enjoy seeing a plan come together.
  • You must have a working knowledge of the social media landscape & wider communications landscape.
  • You must have a keen interest in social media (experience working within this space is preferred but not essential).
  • Experience using tools such as ClickUp for project and team management.
  • You must be a strong & clear communicator, able to transmit information effectively.

  • Work From Home: we operate a hybrid model where team members come to the office 3 days a week and WFH 2 days a week - although there is the option to work from the office more days if preferred. Our team loves working collaboratively, but also likes the option and balance of working from home.
