This role will report to a Social Media Director while directly managing and mentoring a Social Media Executive.

- A creative thinker who can back up your ideas with logic. You enjoy the challenge of ideating content that lands culturally and hits specific business KPIs.
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to proactively manage multiple projects across and deadlines.
- A natural curiosity for social platforms, trends and evolving behaviours. You stay ahead of platform changes, algorithm updates and emerging features, and can confidently adapt strategies to maximise opportunities for clients.
- High levels of ambition and drive, with a genuine passion for producing best-in-class social work that delivers impact for both audiences and brands.
- Strong communication and relationship building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across clients and internal teams. You\’ll also bring the enthusiasm and leadership potential to support and mentor more junior team members as the team grows.
