Roles & Responsibilities

As a Social Videographer & Content Creator, you’ll be responsible for shooting and editing high-quality social-first video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels and other social platforms. This role is ideal for someone with strong videography, content capture and editing skills, who can create premium, polished video that still feels native to social.

You’ll work across studio shoots, location shoots and mobile-first content capture, helping brands create video content that feels elevated, distinctive and platform-ready.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Shooting high-quality social-first video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels and other social platforms.
  • Capturing content in our in-house studio and on location.
  • Self-shooting video content using camera and phone.
  • Bringing a strong eye for framing, lighting, movement, composition, product detail and visual storytelling.
  • Editing social-first content to a high standard using tools such as Premiere Pro, CapCut and in-app editing platforms.
  • Creating polished edits with strong pacing, sound design, subtitles, transitions, colour, music selection and platform-native finishes.
  • Supporting larger production shoots by capturing additional social-first assets, behind-the-scenes content and platform-specific cutdowns.
  • Working from creative briefs and scripts to ensure the final content matches the intended concept and production standard.
  • Helping develop the visual look and feel of brands across social media.
  • Working closely with clients, Junior Content Directors and the wider production team to deliver monthly video content.

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong videography skills, with experience shooting social-first video content.
  • A high level of editing ability, especially for short-form video.
  • Confidence shooting both mobile-first content and more polished production-style video.
  • A strong understanding of lighting, composition, camera movement, audio and visual detail.
  • Experience using tools such as Premiere Pro, CapCut and native platform editing tools.
  • A good understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels and what makes content feel native to each platform.
  • The ability to turn a brief into a polished final edit.
  • Someone hands-on, technically confident and comfortable working across multiple shoots and edits.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a Social or Creative role.
  • A passion for and up-to-date understanding of social trends and pop culture.
  • Base-level experience in editing on Premiere Pro (preferred, not required).
  • You have a creative flair and an eye for detail.
  • A collaborative team player who enjoys working within their direct team and the wider marketing organisation.

Salary: A salary range of £22,000 to £31,000 depends on experience.
