We are seeking an Account Executive or Senior Account Executive with experience in a marketing or communications agency to join our team on a fixed-term 12-month contract to cover maternity leave. There may be potential for a longer-term opportunity, depending on the needs of the business and team at the end of the contract period. Fixed-term commencement: Early July 2025-July 2026 (exact dates tbc).

Roles & Responsibilities
- This role could either be an Account Executive or Senior Account Executive, depending on experience.
- Supporting the day-to-day account relationships, including stakeholder communication (internal & external) and retained & project oversight.
- Distilling client briefs or business problems and translating them into internal briefs (with strategy) - translating business problems into marketing, communication or social objectives.
- Building strong working relationships with clients and internal teams - adopting and championing a best-in-class approach to account management.
- Working with clients to gain a thorough understanding of their business and objectives, translating this into client briefs and ensuring that internal teams are clear on their objectives and tasks.
- Supporting your Account Manager on multiple campaigns simultaneously, liaising with the department leads and teams whilst staying up-to-date on the progress of each campaign and flagging any concerns or potential issues to the team as soon as possible, alongside suggested solutions.
- Sharing clear and thorough updates and reporting with clients regularly over email, phone calls and face-to-face meetings while providing recommendations and expertise at every stage of the campaign.
- Presenting clearly and confidently to key stakeholders in pitches, kick-off meetings and post-campaign analysis meetings.
- Continual forward-thinking and proactive ideation of additional activities that we could propose to clients based on a detailed knowledge of their business, objectives and upcoming focuses.
- Maintaining up-to-date documentation and drives.
- Using internal systems such as Clickup to manage retained and project timelines.
